Structural Design

The 2-layer tile turntable is primarily composed of the following components: 2 connectable support rods, 2 grooved lazy susans, 2 top plates with tile grooves, and 3 limiting plates.

Each layer is designed as follows:

1. Layer Construction: Each layer of the tile rack consists of 1 grooved lazy susan mounted on a base with grooves that align perpendicularly with the grooves on the top plate, facilitating easy tile insertion.
2. Safety: Considering the significant weight and number of tiles the lazy susans hold, limiting plates with a protective ring structure are added to the base and top plate. This structure design ensures that tiles remain secure and do not slide out during rotation, preventing potential injury or property damage.
3. Stability: Each layer is fixed to the support rods using nuts and threaded connections, ensuring the overall stability of the tile display stand.
